Obituary

Yvonne Scott Hanna, affectionately known as "Carlo", Yvonne Scott, was born in Lake City, South Carolina to the late Mary Brown Scott and Mose Graham.

She attended local schools in Lake city and became a beloved pillar of the community throughout her life.

Yvonne found joy in music, cooking, fishing and sharing love and support with everyone she encountered. She was known for her cool, calm and collected demeanor, as well as her love of dancing and her ability to bring people together. Her warmth, kindness, and generous spirit earned her a host of lifelong friends and the admiration of many.

Yvonne was the proud mother of two children: her son, Robert Alexander Scott and her daughter, Leslie Scott of Burlington, North Carolina, who will forever cherish her loving memory. In addition to her daughter, Yvonne leaves to celebrate her life and legacy, fifteen grandchildren and her sister, Mary Brown of Charleston, South Carolina. Her love, wisdom and gentle presence will remain with them and all who were blessed to know her for the rest of their earthly days.
