With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Tyrone Cleveland, 63, of St. Stephen, SC, an Army Veteran, who passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025.

Life Reflections

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith."             2 Timothy 4:7

Our beloved son, brother and friend, Tyrone Cleveland, lovingly known as "Ty", briefly and quietly departed this life at his residence on Friday, February 14, 2025. He was the son of Inella Prioleau and the late Yvonne Carl Prioleau.

Ty grew up in Church. He joined St. Phillip Church in Russellville, SC, where he dedicated his life to Christ at an early age.  Ty grew up in St. Stephen, SC and attended St. Stephen High School, St. Stephen, SC. After high school, he joined the Army where he served for four years. After the military, he became disabled.

Ty enjoyed having a good laugh with his family and friends. His smile would light up a room. He also enjoyed fishing and working on cars.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Inella Prioleau of St. Stephen, SC; one son, Akeem Cleveland of Alvin, SC; his sisters and brother, Tiffany Williams (Darrell) of Charlotte, NC, Lanair King, Beverly Bell, Jacqueline Kimrildkarii, Denise Spann and Nathaniel Spann; his aunts, Shirley Milford of St. Stephen, SC, Pauline Bryant of Eutawville, SC, Lorraine Cleveland, Anna Mae Wilson and Eunice Jones all of St. Stephen, SC and  Harold Cleveland of Fayetteville, NC; friends of the family, Ora Wallace and Tony Wallace both of St. Stephen, SC and Stevie Wiggins of Pineville, SC; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
