LIFE REFLECTIONS

Rosa Lee G. Williams was born November 22,1943 in Salters, South Carolina to the late Ruth Grannison and Sanders Scott.

She graduated high school from Williamsburg County Training in Greeleyville, South Carolina.

Rosa Lee would soon wed Mr. John Lee Williams (deceased) of Salters, South Carolina. They would go on to have two sons and one daughter. Years later she birthed a third son.

During her life she loved to travel. There wasn't a ride she would not miss.

Having lived in Philadelphia, PA, Washington D.C., and New Haven, CT., Rosa Lee also held many jobs throughout her life. She was a florist, EMT, teacher-aid, and finally a bus driver.

Rosa Lee was a proud and long serving member of the St. Matthew Baptist Church. She served on several committees and was often willing to do more when asked.

Rosa Lee G. Williams leaves to cherish her beautiful memories; three sons, John Williams (Yvette) of South Chesterfield, VA, Elmore Williams (Regina) of New Haven, CT and Gary A. Williams (Carla) of Duncan, SC; one heaven sent daughter, Tebbenjohanna Wallace (Jerry) of Greer, SC; three sisters Lucille Davis (Reggie) of Chesire, CT, Perbell Moore of Hamden, CT and Ponthetta Raymond of Conyers, GA; three brothers, Joseph Scott of Andrews, SC, Samuel Scott of Lakeland, FL and Emmanuel Scott of Ellenwood, GA; eight grandchildren Wendel Williams, Dr. Shawana Faulk (Robert), Sheila Graham, Kennesha Williams, Mariah Williams, Cara Williams, Gary Williams, Jr. and Charleigh Williams; three great-grandchildren, Wendell McDuffie, Layla Faulk, and Jason Faulk; one great great-grandchild, Zara McDuffie; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends; as she now joins her daughter, two brothers, and three sisters in heaven.
