With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Montefeoral Lamont Davis, 53, of Georgetown, SC, an Army Veteran and employee of SCDOT, who passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital, Georgetown, SC.

Life Reflections

Montefeoral Lamont Davis, son of Willie Davis, Jr. and the late Maggie Davis, was born on April 2,  1971 in Georgetown County, South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by: his mother, Maggie Davis and his brother, Quince Davis.

Montefeoral graduated  from Pleasant Hill High School in 1989.

He joined the Army and served four years.

He was employed with Dr. Tire then, with SC DOT for sixteen years as a Lead Man and a DOT CDL Trainer.

He loved his family and would help anyone that he could. He loved making others laugh.

Montefeoral leaves to cherish his memories: his two children, Montreil Davis and Nyhrie Davis both of Georgetown, SC; two sisters, Jada (William) Cooper of Jacksonville, NC and Willette (Rodney) Polite of Hemingway, SC; four brothers, Rayondal Davis of Georgetown, SC, Kelvinyum (Carla) Davis of Conway, SC, Sheron (Deborah) Davis of  Hinesville, GA and Undrua (Ericka) Davis of Atlanta, GA; He was like a father to Kenneth Filmore, Shantia Scott, Clifton Scott, and Markease Walker; he has a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends and family at 198 Hayfield Road, Georgetown, SC.
