With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Michllae "Peaches" Nesmith of Kingstree, SC, who passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025.

Life Reflections

Michllae "Peaches" Nesmith was born on September 11, 1998, in Florence, South Carolina to Janice Nesmith and the late Micheal Nesmith. She was their only child. On December 12, 2025, the angels came to take "Peaches" away to her heavenly home.

Michllae was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cetia "Walter" Nesmith and Ernestine "Hazel" Nesmith.

Michllae grew up in Williamsburg County where she attended Hope Academy. After graduating in 2019, she then became employed at McDonalds in Kingstree, SC, where she worked for several years. Michllae later decided to pursue a career in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. She attended and graduated from Low County Medical Training Center in Kingstree, SC all while working at Carlye Senior Care. She was also a Personal Care Aide for her mother through All Quality Healthcare. Michllae recently re-enrolled at LMT to become a Medical Assistant.

Michllae grew up attending Friendship United Methodist Church of Nesmith, SC. She then later became a faithful, active member of New Covenant Christian Fellowship Ministries. Michllae sung on the combined and sanctuary choir and she sometimes served as a greeter.

Michllae leaves to cherish her sweet and everlasting memories: her loving mother, Janice Nesmith of Kingstree, SC; her beloved, Mikhai Thomas of Lane, SC; her dear mother-in-love, Kolondra Brown of Lane, SC; her godmother, Kasaundra (Larry) Ladson of Pennsylvania, PA; her most precious godson, Lynx Nesmith-Green; along with a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family is receiving friends and family at 1041A Lexington Ave., Kingstree, SC.
