Life Reflections

"For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:6-7KJV

Mr. Louis Jackson, son of the late Adline Jackson, was born August 12, 1946, in Salters, South Carolina. He entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Louis received his formal education in the public schools of Williamsburg County, South Carolina, graduating from Tomlinson High School Class of 1966. After graduation, he relocated to New Haven, Connecticut. Louis later returned to South Carolina, where he was employed at Georgia Pacific for many years until his retirement.

Louis was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church for many, many years, where he served as a Trustee. He was a member of Woodstock Masonic Lodge #455.

He was preceded in death by: a son; his mother, Adline Jackson; a sister, Vera and a brother, Larry.

Loved ones left to cherish his precious memory: one sister-in-law; along with a host of cousins,  other relatives and friends.
