Andrews
With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Latasha Annette Morris, age 36, who passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
Life Reflections
Latasha Annette Morris was born on September 3, 1989, to Claude E. Morris and the late Daisy Yvonne Morris. She departed this life for eternity on April 29, 2026.
During her early years, Latasha attended D.P. Cooper Elementary School and continued her education through the Williamsburg County public school systems, graduating from C.E. Murray High School in 2007. She later attended Denmark Technical College. With a heart for caring for others, Latasha became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and went on to serve as a Hospice Supervisor, where she compassionately supported many families during their most tender moments.
Latasha was preceded in death by: her mother, Daisy Yvonne Morris; her maternal grandparents, Margaree Nettles and Herman David Nettles, Jr; and her paternal grandparents, Joe and Lucille Morris.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her father, Claude Morris; her brothers, Travis Morris of Trio, SC and Marcus Morris of Atlanta, GA; her uncle, Thaddeus Nettles (Paulette) of Georgetown, SC; her aunt, Wanda Staggers (Lavern) of Andrews, SC; paternal aunts, Sarah Mazyck of Philadelphia, PA, Veronica Morris of Brooklyn, NY, Ellyn A. Alston of Andrews, SC, Barbara Ruther and Marilyn Morris all of Trio, SC; paternal uncle, Daniel (Alberta) Morris of Trio, SC. Latasha will be deeply missed by a mother figure she gained after the passing of her own, her special cousin, Gloria Warren; also, sisters she gained along life's journey, Latonya Collins (Rayce) of Columbia, SC, Ralishia Warren, Ana-Alicia Kuye (Femi), Dominique Rogers (Chris), Lisa James (David) and Christian Warren all of Augusta, GA.
"Tasha", as she was affectionately called, was a daughter, sister, niece, auntie, cousin, and friend. She loved make-up, nails and glamour! Tasha has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family who will forever hold her close to their hearts.
Latasha's life was marked by love, service, and quiet strength. Her caring spirit and warm presence will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her.
The family is receiving friends and family at 2450 Seaboard Road, Andrews, SC 29510.
All arrangements and professional services have been entrusted to Henryhand Funeral Home of Andrews, SC. 843-354-2292.
