Life Reflections of I-Quan Dupree Wiggins, Jr.
"POODAH"
I-Quan Dupree Wiggin, Jr. "Poodah", was born February 27, 2007 to Lashawn Vaughn and I-Quan Wiggins, Sr. in Brooklyn, New York.
He moved to Lane, South Carolina in 2013, where he attended Greeleyville Elementary School, graduated and went to C. E. Murray High School, Greeleyville, SC.
I-Quan loved to play basketball, that was life for him. He played on the Kingstree Senior High Basketball Team and was unstoppable. He loved to dance and flip off of everything growing up. Every room he entered he would light it up with love and laughter. He had the brightest smile and pearly white teeth. Poodah's favorite line was, "Don't get me tight!"
He leaves behind to cherish his memories: his mother, Lashawn Vaughn of Lane, SC; his father, I-Quan Wiggins, Sr. of Brooklyn, NY; four sisters, Heaven Vaughn, Skylah Tinson, Fahevah Vaughn all of Lane, SC and Kimiya Vaughn of Brooklyn, NY; two brothers, Kanye Vaughn of Lane, SC and Xavier Vaughn of Brooklyn, NY; stepfather, Brandon Waymyers of Kingstree, SC; bonus dad, Iaian Jones of Brooklyn, NY; bonus sister, Shahadi Nelson of Brooklyn, NY; grandparents; Elvis and Valerie Bright; one brother-in-law, Aaron Holder of Brooklyn, NY; eight uncles, Ricky Vaughn of Lane, SC, Denzel Vaughn, Lamont Vaughn both of Brooklyn, NY, Marc Glover, Mitchell Wiggins, Stephon Wiggins, Johnnie Vaughn and World Jolly; five aunts, Loretta Vaughn, Joannie Vaughn, Malissa Vaughn, Najia Vaughn and Shekinah Davis; cousins, Melshyah Vaughn, Zaheem, Sincere Burns of Lane, SC, Charm Rivera, Legacy, Ivy, Cerenity, Landen, Logan, Legendary, Nyrell and India; his life saver, Dasia Montgomery of Lane, SC; his godmother, Tamara Montgomery; godbrothers, Traylin and Jekai; a host of other loving family and friends; favorite superhero as a kid, Quentin Mabry.
The family is receiving friends and family at 298 10th Street, Lane, SC.
