With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Herbert Lee Sabb, 69, of Salters, SC widower of the late Cynthia Cooper Sabb, who passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

Life Reflections

Herbert Lee Sabb was born March 4, 1955, son of the late Earline Sabb and Joseph Sabb. He entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

Herbert attended Williamsburg Blakely School. He was a janitor for the Williamsburg County School District at W.M. Anderson Primary School.

Herbert Lee Sabb loved to go fishing. He also loved watching his favorite movies and tv shows, The Wizard of Oz, Gunsmoke, Bonanza and Sanford and Son. He loved to socialize with family and friends. Herbert also liked to tell jokes. He always got a kick out of arguing and walking with his nephew, Brandon Sabb and sister, Mary Alice Sabb. He would always keep a smile on his face. Herbert loved attention. He would make you notice him whether you wanted to or not.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Cynthia Sabb; a son, Larry Morris; his parents, Joseph and Earline Sabb; one sister, Queen Esther Sabb and two brothers, Joseph Sabb, Jr. and Edward Wayne Sabb.

Loved ones left to cherish his memories: two sons, Lawrence (Kristen)  Morris of Moncks Corner, SC and Lauren Morris of Myrtle Beach, SC; five grandchildren, Kiyla Morris and Kayla Morris both of Salters, SC,  Lawrence Jr. Morris, Maliyah Morris and La'real Morris all of Moncks Corner, SC; three brothers, Mickey (Levonia) Sabb of Summerville, SC, Herman (Annie) Sabb and Sylvester Sabb both of Salters, SC; two sisters, Ida Lee Sabb of Salters, SC and Mary Alice Sabb of Andrews, SC; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
