Life Reflections

George C. 'Buck" McFadden, age 57 was born on May 7, 1967 to the late Ms. Jessie Bell Wilson and Mr. George Rush. Buck departed his life Friday, April 11, 2025. He received his formal education in the public schools of Lake City, South Carolina.

Buck was preceded in death by: his mother, Jessie Bell Wilson; his brother, Sammie James McFadden and his sister, Virginia Jones.

Buck leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Gladys McFadden of the home; his father, George Rush; his step father, Aaron Wilson; three sons, Pierre Hampton and Tyler Hampton both of Turbeville, SC and Jordan Hampton of Olanta, SC; four grandchildren, Jimer Hampton, Jermiah Sims, Messiah Hampton and Madisyn Hampton all of Turbeville, SC; four sisters, Jessie Mae Blair of Olanta, SC, Mattie Rush of Florida, Karen Porter of Olanta, SC and Sabrina Rush of Florida; three brothers, Rev. James McFadden and Willie McLeod both of Olanta, SC and Billy McLeod of Turbeville, SC; a special friend, Shirley Jackson; six step grandchildren; his brother-in-law, James (Belinda) Hampton; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Rev. William James McFadden,  Jordan Hampton, and Mattie Rush.
