Life Reflections

Fredrick Donell Lewis was born on February 15, 1976 in Georgetown County, South Carolina, to Mary Lou Davis Lewis and Gerald Lewis. On Tuesday, December 10, 2024, God chose to call him home.

Fredrick attended St. Mark Elementary School and Hemingway High School.  He joined St. John A. M. E. Church at an early age. Fredrick was a member of the Singing Angels Choir and participated in the Youth Department activities. He was a member of the Just Say No Club. He loved to play basketball and football.

Fredrick grew into a young man and early in life he married Shamecole Wilson and to this union they were blessed with two children. Later in life he began to go down a road that was not pleasing with his parents, wife, grandparents, or family members, but thy loved him, as any parents or child of God would.

His memories will be honored by: his wife, Shamecole Wilson Lewis; his daughters, Brianna Janita (Devonte) Rosborough of Hope Mills, NC and Tianna Lewis of the home; one son, Demarrias Bellamy of Myrtle Beach, SC; two sisters, Monica Lewis of Andrews, SC and Megan (Charles) Verner of Charlotte, NC; his loving parents, Gerald and Mary Lewis of Andrews, SC; brothers, Jeron (Tamika) Lewis of Columbus, OH, Dondre (Latarra) Lewis of Columbia, SC; grandsons, Xavien Davis and Xavion Rosborough; granddaughters, Tariya and Trinity Rosborough and Kiah Cooper; two grand aunts, Lee Ella Davis of Rochester, NY and Willia Mae Davis of Andrews, SC;  aunts, Cynthia (Venters) Nesmith, Linda Davis, Rebecca Ramsey, Gloria (Elvis) Bennett; uncles, Charlie Van (Diane) Lewis, Donnie Ray (Janice) Lewis, Theotis (Mary) Davis, Jervey (Marjorie) Davis, Sherman (Patricia) Lewis, Joe (Christine) Lewis, Hilbert (Johnnie Mae) Nesmith and Jamal Davis; nieces, Kiarra, Jasmine, Charmece, Aleijah and Brittany; nephews, Charleton, Charles, Jr., Carlos, Landon and Jaylon; a host of other relatives and friends; other siblings, Jermonica Williams, Willis (Shantae) Cooper and Laquisha Hanna (who preceded him in death).

The family is receiving friends and family at 1501 Big Bay Rd. Andrews, SC.
