Life Reflections

Mrs. Evelyn Towns Huell, daughter of Henry and Ella Lee Towns, was born October 16, 1959, in Vienna, Georgia. Evelyn took her last breath on Thursday, January 21, 2026, at MUSC Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina.

Evelyn graduated from Vienna High School, class of 1978. Evelyn worked at Moore's Knit in Andrews, SC for 30 years of dedicated work. Evelyn was very outspoken, funny, loving, and was a welcoming soul. She loved her family and friends.

Evelyn was preceded in death by: her two kids, Cheneta Towns and Joe Huell Jr.; three sisters, Gail Moultrie, Leola Ashley and Florence Towns; one brother, James Towns; three sisters-in-law, Jane Pasley,  Eartha Mae Gamble and Loretta Huell; two brothers-in-law, Roosevelt Huell and Frank Huell.

Evelyn leaves to cherish her on earth: her husband, Joe Huell Sr. of Salters, SC; two daughters, Catrecia Towns of Kingstree, SC and Keri Huell of Andrews, SC; six granddaughters, Nyana Carmichael, Da'Nyzah Moyd, Javahria Singletary, Zaria Singletary, Rayah Sumpter and Akera Greene; two grandsons, Tabosias Cunningham and A'Jayceon Greene; two great-granddaughters, Cerenity and Trumani;  three sisters, Pastor Vanester Dobbins, Fay Nance and Lucille Boston all of Vienna, GA; two brothers, Henry Towns Jr. of Vienna, GA and William Towns of St. Petersburg, FL; her mother-in-law, Inell Huell; three sisters-in-law, Loretta Miller (Willie), Janetta Felder (KC) and Carrie Frazier; two brothers-in-law, Lewis Huell and wife and Jessie Huell (Carolyn); along with a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends and family at 44 Truck Road, Salters, SC.
