With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Edna Delores Tisdale, 49, of Kingstree, SC, who passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

Life Reflections

We pause to pay tribute to the life and celebrate the homegoing service of Edna Delores "Lily White" Tisdale, the fourth child of Annie Levine Tisdale and the late Titus Tisdale, Jr., was born September 5, 1975 in Kingstree, South Carolina. She entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

Edna accepted Christ as her personal Savior and joined Old Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the church choir as lead singer and the Missionary Circle. She was also the president of social organization Classy Beautiful Women. Edna was educated in the Williamsburg County School District and was employed at Burger King, McDonalds and later became employed with Food Lion, where she worked for many years.

Edna was preceded by her brother, Randy Tisdale.

Edna is survived by: her son, Titus Deandre Singletary; godson, Travon Mouzon; bonus son, Master Avon Harvin; her loving mother, Annie L. Tisdale of Kingstree, SC; godmother, Alice D.S. McNeill of Sumter, SC; three brothers, Ronnie (Eleta) Tisdale and Mark Harrison both of Kingstree, SC and Johnny Shaw of Myrtle Beach, SC; two sisters, Sherry (Maurice) Price of Columbia, SC and T. Latoya Tisdale of Kingstree, SC; six uncles, James Levine, Casey (Lizzie) Levine and James Scott all of Kingstree, SC, Issac (Carrie) Mitchum of McIntosh, FL, Andy Tisdale of Rochester, NY and Willie (Rosann) Tisdale of Orlando, FL; three aunts, Elizabeth (Alonso) Sutton of Kingstree, SC, Lurlean Gathers and Birdie Tisdale both of New York, NY; two nephews, Lanos Gaskins and Logan Nesmith; two nieces, Alayshia Harvin and Azaaria Tisdale; bonus brothers, John Gamble, Jr., Larry Johnson and Charles Lewis all of Kingstree, SC; bonus sisters, Shon Mouzon, Lashonta McKnight, Reverend Vanessa Barr and Stacie Lewis all of Kingstree, SC; bonus niece, Courtney J. (Lee) Scott of Andrews, SC; special cousins, Sadie S. Moyd, Leorn Levine, Julie Alston, Starr Livingston and Keisha Tisdale; close friends, Michelle Poinsette, Toniua Graham, Portia McCray and Quintesa Collins; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving friends and family at 12 Petunia Lane, Kingstree, SC.
