With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Don Gamble, Sr.,51, of Kingstree, SC, husband of Tiesha Gamble, who passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC.

Life Reflections

Don Gamble was born September 1, 1972, in Kingstree, South Carolina to the late Nathaniel Bay Gamble Sr. and Rosa Lee Pressley Gamble.  He entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

Don was educated in Williamsburg County Schools graduating in 1991.

Don began his career right after high school traveling with Andrews Fabricators as line leader until 1995. He then transitioned to TenCate as a line operator and maintenance technician. In 2006, Don began working at GSC where he stayed until his health started failing him in 2015.

Don's hobbies included hunting, gardening, fixing anything, and riding through the country.  Don loved family time, especially time spent with his children and grandchildren.

The following remain to cherish his lasting memories and grow from the love they abundantly shared: his wife of 14 years, Tiesha White Gamble; his devoted children, Donovan Juanyay and Don Christopher, along with Kyesha, Kendrick, Kenesha; his grandchildren, Kristin, Kaidyn and Rayah; his siblings, Elder Barbara (Earl) McKenzie, Nathaniel (Rena) Gamble, Blondell (George) Palmer, Samuel (Nicole) Gamble, Rebecca (Curtis) Wright, Jessica (James) Sumpter; brother-in-law, Frances Wilson; sister-in-law, Tiwanda White Pinkston; and host of other relatives and friends.

Don was preceded in death by his siblings, Nathene Lee Gamble, Roy Felix Gamble and Timothy Bernard Gamble.

The family is receiving friends and family at his late residence, 117 Dove St., Kingstree, SC.
