Life Reflections
On March 22, 2026 it was time for Debra Delaine Frasier, affectionately known as "Debbe", to spread her wings. Our hearts are heavy, but God had other plans. He reached out His hands and called His child home.
Debbie was born May 6, 1972, to the late James and Dora Frasier. One son, Raheim Hewitt, preceded her in death.
Debbie graduated from Hemingway High School. She obtained her Cosmetology License from Empire Beauty School as well as two additional Business Management Degrees from Horry Georgetown Technical College.
Debbie relocated to Scranton, Pennsylvania where she attended Salvation Apostolic Temple Church. She was baptized in Jesus' name and received the Gift of the Holy Ghost during her tenure there.
She served as Choir Director of the Jubilee's and served and served as a member of the Praise Team. Debbie was well known in her community, and her outgoing personality made her loved by many people far and near. You only had to meet her one time and you were a friend for life.
She is survived by: her spouse, Willie Roberson, Jr.; two sons, Rontrell McCollough and Dwight Abrams, Jr. of Scranton, PA; four brothers, Christopher (Heather) Frasier of Kingstree, SC, James Frasier of Scranton, PA, Shawn Frasier of Hemingway, SC and Gregory (Vanessa) Frasier of Scranton, SC; four sisters, Theresa Elder of Abingdon, MD, Mashonda Pressley of Andrews, SC, Janee Casey of Meriden, CT, Temaka Frasier of Atlanta, GA and Chakonis Smith of Hemingway, SC.
She also leaves to cherish her memories: eleven adoptive siblings; six uncles, two aunts, a mother-in-law, Gloria Gaines; a sister-in-law, Gwendolyn Fields; special friends, Priscilla Cobb, Tammy Davis, Sheron Dorsey and Brenda Gilyard; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
