With deepest sorrow, we at Henryhand Funeral Home of Kingstree, regret to announce the passing of Carolyn Bernadine Chandler Moses, 66, of San Francisco, CA. She passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

Carolyn was the daughter of the late Willie L. Chandler and the late Mattie Nesmith Chandler both formerly of Nesmith, SC.  She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Eddie Chandler.

Carolyn was a graduate of South Carolina State University and was a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  She was employed with San Francisco Job Services.

Loved ones left to cherish her memories are: her husband, Hosea Moses of San Francisco, CA; one son, Allan Pickens of San Francisco, CA; two nieces, along with a host of other close relatives and friends.
