With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Calvin Anthony Branton, 60, of McClellanville, SC, who passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025.

Life Reflections

Brother Calvin A. Branton of McClellanville, SC was born on August 5, 1964, to Sam C. Branton and Rosa Branton of McClellanville, South Carolina. He entered into enteral rest on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Calvin attended grade school within the community then went to Florida for Heavy Equipment training.

In the late 80's he met his wife Gale Green, fell in love and got married on June 15, 1988. They welcomed their only child, Francesica Branton on January 27, 1992. They shared joy in raising their daughter, but found new love when they were blessed with a grandson on December 31, 2013, who is none other than, Ethyn Branton who is known as "Bud".

He was preceded in death by his sister, Mildred Tutman and his brother, Michael Branton.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: his father, Sam Branton Sr.; his mother, Rosa Branton; his wife, Gale Branton; one daughter, Francesica Branton; one grandson, Ethyn Branton; two brothers, Sam (Carolyn) Branton and Ralph (Mary) Branton; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and other friends.
