With deepest sorrow we at Henryhand Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Arthur Roy Houston II., 38, formerly of Moncks Corner, SC, who passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025.

Life Reflections

On August 25, 2025, Arthur "Pooh"  Houston II was called home to be with the Lord. "Pooh" was born and raised in Moncks Corner, SC, and attended Berkeley High School where he graduated top of his class. "Pooh" was a very dedicated co-owner and operator of 85 Way Transport, where he transported containers to the local ports. At work, he was known as "nephew" and the #1 Hotshot Driver.

In his free time, Pooh loved riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family, and trying new restaurants.

"Pooh" was preceded in death by his loving brother Akeem Houston, his grandparents, the late BC and Emma Houston and George and Ernestine Washington, his uncle, George "Buckey" Washington, and Mr. 305.

Arthur is survived by his loving parents, Arthur and Arlene Houston; his nephew, Cassius Houston; his significant other, Melody Johnson; his aunts, Deloris Washington, Jacquetta Cottoman, Pandora Jackson, Patricia Anderson; his uncles, George Houston, Carlton Washington, Ron G. Gasden, K.S. White, along with a host of other aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
