Life Reflections

"May the work I've done speak for me. I have shown your glory on earth, I have finished the work you gave me to do." John 17:4

Annie Laura Brayboy was born in Williamsburg County, South Carolina on May 23, 1943, to the late Willie James Sr. and Sally Brayboy. She departed this earthly life on Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Annie was preceded in death by her parents and her five siblings; Larry Brayboy, Elma Turner, Charles "Billy Jack" Montgomery, Willie James Brayboy, Jr. and Shirley Dee Brayboy.

Annie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Reared in a Christian home, Annie accepted Christ as her personal Savior and became a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church of Lake City, South Carolina.

Annie attended Williamsburg County public schools. At a young age, she learned the importance of hard work. She was employed by Wentworth Manufacturing, Skyline Manufacturing, and Ayers Manufacturing. She enjoyed shopping, catching up on the latest soaps, and baking her famous butter pound cake.

After a lifetime of love, grace and cherished moments, Annie completed her earthly course. Her beautiful spirit found eternal rest as she crossed from time into eternity, answering the call to go home to Glory and be reunited with those who had gone before her.

"I Have Fought a Good Fight, I Have Finished My Course….." II Timothy 4:7"
